Prizes:

A) 110 € per person: With Accomodation in "Postavarul" Hotel (2-bed rooms), Meals + Conference fee: 110 €

B) 140 € per Person: With Accomodation in "Capitol" Hotel ** (2 bed-rooms), Meals + Conference fee

and for SINGLE ROOM : 180 € in total

C) If you don't need acoomodation, we would only charge for the conference fee (30 €) and the meals (total: 48 € for all meals).

Dates of the Conference:

Start: Thursday, September 17; check-in from 16.00 on. Diner at 18.30. Program: 20.00
End: Sunday, September 20 at noon (lunch from 13.00 on)

Travel from Abroad:

With MinibusVia Bucharest Otopeni Airport: A Mini-Bus will pick you up on Thursday 15.00 at the airport. On Sunday, the Minibus will leave Brasov at 13:00. You could reach then your flight from 17.00 on (Travel duration Bucharest- Brasov = about 3 hours). Please, make before September 10 your reservation of the minibus. We will charge you for the minibus trip at the reception

Individual travel : If you would prefer to travel alone, you can either fly to Bucharest (taking a taxi from the airport to the train station in Bucharest and takling a train to Brasov) or to Sibiu (checking the bus or train connections to Brasov trough a travel agency).
